Terms of service
Effective date: October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of towhub.vip, the TowHub customer app and the TowHub Driver app (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain in effect.
1. Operator and contact
TowHub is operated by USPROJECT LLC, EIN 83-3989558, a New York limited liability company, United States (“TowHub”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@towhub.vip.
2. What TowHub provides
TowHub is a technology marketplace that helps customers find independent towing and roadside-assistance providers. TowHub does not itself tow, recover, transport or repair vehicles and is not the employer, agent or insurer of any provider, driver or dispatcher.
A service contract is formed directly between the customer and the provider the customer selects. The provider is responsible for its licences, permits, insurance, personnel, vehicles, equipment, safety, service quality and compliance with local law.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and promptly update information that changes.
- Do not share an account in a way that bypasses assigned company roles or impersonates another person.
- Tell us promptly at hello@towhub.vip if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. TowHub access pass
A customer needs an active 24-hour access pass to send requests to the provider network. The displayed price, currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. A pass provides access to the network for 24 hours; it does not include the provider’s service charge and does not guarantee that a provider will be available or accept a request.
Mobile purchases are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under that store’s payment, tax and refund rules. Website purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where applicable law or the payment platform requires otherwise, an access pass is non-refundable after access is activated.
5. Requests, estimates and provider selection
You are responsible for describing the vehicle, its condition, location and requested service accurately. Estimates use the information supplied by you and the provider’s rate card. Distance, route, wait time, after-hours service, tolls, fuel delivered, recovery conditions and work actually required can change the final amount.
Providers decide whether to respond. Before choosing a provider, the customer sees the quoted amount or pricing basis and the provider’s cancellation policy. The customer chooses the provider; TowHub does not make that decision for the customer.
6. Payment to the provider
Provider charges are processed through the provider’s connected Stripe account and are paid to that provider, not held by TowHub. Before dispatch, Stripe may place an authorization hold on the customer’s card. A hold reserves funds but is not a final charge.
After service, the provider submits the final bill. If it is lower than the hold, the unused amount is released. If it is higher, the additional amount may be charged separately. The customer can review the itemized amount and any stated reason for an adjustment. Release times for unused holds are controlled by the customer’s bank.
7. Cancellation
The provider’s cancellation terms are shown before the customer confirms the provider. Cancellation before dispatch is normally free. If the provider has started travelling or work has begun, the provider may charge the disclosed cancellation or call-out fee where permitted by law. TowHub may cancel a request for safety, fraud, payment failure or platform misuse.
8. Location, communications and emergencies
Customers may type an address or choose to share their location. Drivers choose when to go online; while online or completing a job, the Driver app can collect location in the background so customers and dispatchers can track arrival and service progress.
You agree to receive transactional email and push notifications about account security, requests, payments and service status. TowHub is not an emergency service. For danger, injury, fire or a vehicle blocking traffic, contact 911 or the appropriate local authority first.
9. Provider and driver obligations
- Providers must independently verify that their business, drivers, vehicles and equipment meet all applicable legal, licensing, insurance and safety requirements.
- Providers set their rates and must keep them accurate, disclose adjustments, issue required receipts and handle taxes relating to the towing or roadside service they provide.
- Providers decide which drivers and vehicles are active and must remove anyone or anything that is not authorized, safe or properly insured.
- Drivers must use the Services lawfully, avoid interacting with the app while driving and keep job statuses and bills accurate.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Do not submit false requests, prices, locations, identities, documents, reviews or payment information.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or endanger customers, providers or drivers.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights.
- Do not arrange payment or service through TowHub for fraudulent, sanctioned or unlawful activity.
11. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the Services available and information accurate, but network coverage, maps, routes, estimates, notifications and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TowHub is not liable for a provider’s acts or omissions, vehicle damage, personal injury, delay, lost property, roadside conditions or disputes between a customer and provider. TowHub remains responsible for its own obligations where liability cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, TowHub’s aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the greater of the access fees you paid TowHub during the six months before the event or USD 100 (or its local-currency equivalent). This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services or delete your account. We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, safety risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, non-payment or harm to the platform or its users. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow an appeal through hello@towhub.vip.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York have jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in any forum available under mandatory law where they live. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer protections, including those applicable in Canada or Québec.
15. Language for Québec customers
A complete French version of these Terms is offered and remains available at https://towhub.vip/fr/terms. A Québec customer can use the Services, receive customer support and review commercial information in French. If the customer chooses another available language after the French version has been presented, related documents may be provided in the chosen language as permitted by law.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and give notice of material changes in the Services or by email. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed provider service or remove rights that already arose under applicable law.
